Our services now include two purchasing options: DIY Package (Do It Yourself) and ESP Package (Expert Setup Package) (We Build It for You). Due to the nature of our digital products and services, we have a specific refund policy in place. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refunds for Digital Products & Services

All sales are final and non-refundable. Once a website or associated digital product is delivered, we cannot provide refunds under any circumstances. This policy is in place because:

Digital products cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed.
Our team invests time and resources to customize and develop websites for each customer.
The website files, templates, and services are fully accessible upon payment, making them non-revocable.

2. Payment Terms

We require an initial payment of 25% before starting any project. The remaining balance depends on the package selected:

(A) DIY Package – Download & Set Up Yourself

Customers must pay the remaining 75% before receiving their customized website files.
Once full payment is made, we will deliver the final product.
No refunds are available once the files are delivered.

(B) Expert Setup Package (ESP) – We Build It for You

After the initial 25% payment, we will build the full website and provide a preview.
Once the customer approves the website, they must pay the remaining 75% before we make it live.
No refunds are available at any stage of the process.

3. Our Commitment to Quality

We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and the proper functionality of the product you purchase.

If there is an issue caused by an error in our code or design, we will resolve it at no additional cost.
Any issues arising from customer modifications, hosting environments, or third-party integrations are not covered under our responsibility.

4. Support Services

Our team is available to assist you with your purchased website.

✅ Support Includes:

Guidance on installation and setup.
Resolving product-related issues caused by Sites Kart.

❌ Support Does Not Include:

Training on how to use the website.
Issues caused by third-party plugins or services.
Customizations beyond the scope of the original product.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Before purchasing, please ensure:

You have reviewed the product description, features, and demo to confirm it meets your needs.
You have the required technical knowledge or access to a professional for managing and customizing the website.
You understand that once payment is made, refunds are not possible.

6. Resolving Issues

If you experience any problems with your purchased product:

Contact us immediately at support@siteskart.com with a detailed description of the issue.
Our team will investigate and respond promptly, aiming to resolve any problems within 2-3 business days.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ready-made website from Sites Kart, you agree to this Refund Policy. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with our policies before completing your transaction.
